Aaron holds a B.A in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Rowan University. Scott Matthews started his career selling residential real estate in the Metro Atlanta area. By the end of his second year, he solidified his foundation through two partnerships with the #1 & #2 individual agents at a billion dollar brokerage. Scott learned about commercial real estate syndications in Q1 2021. Since then, he has underwritten 50+ properties, created his own underwriting model, become a member of multiple masterminds, and accepted general partnership.
