I kept at it.
As I talked with more and more people, I realized that most people needed a great place to find partners, so I started a virtual networking event that happens every Friday at 1pm Eastern / 10am Pacific. By now, almost a thousand different people have attended that networking event and it's been a cornerstone for many investors.
Shortly after, I decided to start a podcast that caters to the aspiring investor - I bring an aspiring investor on the podcast and pair them up with experienced investors. Little did I know, but I learned much more from those podcast episodes than any listener ever will.
As the podcast and networking event grew in scope, I kept on looking for bigger and better ways to help others learn to purchase apartment complexes and create investment opportunities for those around them.
And that's how the Tribe of Titans was born.
