John Manfredy

John Manfredy has over 30 years of Real Estate experience as an architect having been responsible for design, project management and construction supervision of projects. Currently full-time real estate investor interested in new, ground up development projects, multifamily value-add acquisitions and hotel repositions. John is an adjunct faculty member and has taught construction and technology courses at four Chicago colleges for 25 years.
