Richard Simtob is a serial entrepreneur and experienced CEO with over 35 years of running and growing businesses throughout the USA and Canada. Specialty Products, and most recently Simtob Management and Investments. His focus is on building Simtob Management & Investments acquiring, renovating and managing affordable apartments with his 21 year old son, who is the President.  Richard is married with 2 adult children and has completed an IronMan.
