My name is Darrel Hernandez and I currently invest in the small Multifamily space in Chicago. Currently I have a 2 unit, a condo, and a house hack with my wife who is an Interior Designer. The idea of real estate was introduced to me at a young age (16) after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.
