Mike Woodfield
Mike Woodfield, CPM Candidate, is COO, Owner, and co-founder of Obsidian Capital Co. Mike has been responsible for overseeing and asset managing $300,000,000 in multifamily deals over the last 5+ years. During that time Mike oversaw the renovation of 2,200 multifamily units totaling $30,000,000 in improvements which created millions in value-add. Mike has overseen the construction of 50 apartment units totaling $7.2 Million in construction loans. Mike’s strong operational skillset has brought tremendous value to the Obsidian Capital Co partnership as he has worked alongside property managers and regional managers of over 35 multifamily properties. Since co-founding Obsidian Capital Co Mike has participated in the acquisition, asset management and renovations/development of 800 apartment units. Mike has a BA in Public Relations from Utah State University, experience in executing turnarounds for underperforming assets and over seven years of operation and marketing experience across multiple industries.

Aaron Kreyme
I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. I spent a few semesters at CCBC taking classes in Real Estate and Business Management while working part time for a local property management company. After finishing up at CCBC I left property management and got started in the commercial construction industry working in estimating for a local company specializing in doors, frames and hardware (otherwise identified as Division 08 in the construction world). I spent 6 years working for the local company eventually directing the estimating dept. I recently left that position and joined a national company where I work in Estimating and Business Development in order to grow the company's client base. Last year, I started my own Real Estate investment company (KMR Ventures, LLC.) and have focused on SFH fix & flips but I am now pivoting to CRE and MF to scale more effectively!
