Your host, Brian Briscoe, is a co-founder and principal in the real estate investing firm Four Oaks Capital. He and his team currently have 655 units worth $50 million in assets under management and are continuing to grow. He recently retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021.

Feras graduated from the University of Texas with a Computer Science degree, and worked at Microsoft straight from college. Feras later resigned from Microsoft to ‘bring tech to industries that lack it’, where he later found his passion for real estate. Feras quickly built a portfolio of rentals, completing 9 closings in his first 12 months. After having seen the results of rentals, Feras later decided to scale up into apartment complexes, where he met Ben and started Disrupt Equity, a company focused on multi-family acquisition and investments for investors.
Rachael is the founder of Initech Management, a real estate investment and property management business since 2016. She is passionate about providing quality support to our partners, investors and residents to achieve their real estate goals. She holds a Masters of Engineering and has experience managing high-risk, high-budget, international manufacturing and logistics projects. Rachael lives in Belmont, NC with her husband and two children. She is excited to continue her journey in buying, renovating, managing and investing in real estate in the southeast region.
