Sanat Bhandari recently started my RE journey with acquiring a SFH towards the end of 2021. After stabilizing it within a couple months, he is on track for his next acquisition. He is an aspiring MFH investor looking to invest in his first multifamily deal. He is currently working as a financial analyst in the commercial development space so he is immersed in real estate 24/7. He is looking to leverage his portfolio and experience to expand aggressively into the MFH and syndication space.
