Jonathan Nichols is a real estate investor. He began his REI career after having worked in the aerospace engineering industry. He holds a B.S. degree and a M.S. degree in Aerospace. He and his wife Paula first began their investing journey in 2018. His past real estate projects include a 75-unit A class apartment complex, a 100-unit complex, and 200+ units investing as an LP. Additionally, he has numerous residential real estate investments and a top rated short-term rental business. 

Paula Nichols is a real estate professional with experience in project management, investment analysis and contract negotiation. Paula and Jonathan, co-founded Apogee Capital a real estate investment firm. Paula joined ECM Development, where she manages the pre- development of single-family rental communities. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration-Finance . Paula is a licensed real estate agent and a certified ScrumMaster®.
